Awakening, such an often overused word, and mainly misused by many. Used to place one-self above others, the awakened vs the others, or using it as a part of spiritual ego not to go into the shadows and the dark ugly truth of what it’s all about.
Awakening, is waking up, waking up is not in tied to comparison, or to anyone, it’s a process, a path, a journey, from self, to self, and there are for some schools of thoughts, stages of awakening, and i’m not going to go into those today.
Today i’m going to talk about the intensity of what takes place in the body, in the energy field, through the mind, emotions, the physical when various stages of awakening take place.
So what happens when one goes through a new stage of waking up?
Well the depth of it is felt, to a level unmatched before, it’s like suddenly, everything is more intense, more vivid, more accessible, numbness starts dropping, and you might find yourself looking at something very basic in amazement, or you might burst out crying, for nothing, you listen or look at someone and if you’re like me, I feel it all, i’ll look and suddenly feel in my body, i can listen to a song, or a note, someone singing and they suddenly hit a frequency triggering a massive emotion in my body, a release, a download, call it as you may.
The complexity of this, with each step, is that one finds it difficult to cope with anything not in harmony with this, yet we can’t isolate from the world, this is not the idea, the idea is for the body to connect, feel, transmute, and harmonise at this level, and then just move on the next steps of the journey.
So this might get rid of many relationships in your life, it might close chapters, release relationships, see people die, or bring even illness or disease to your body in order to release what has to come out, somewhat a deep purge going through the physical body.
By feeling more, sensing more, channeling more, the bullshit card becomes obvious, the hidden lies, the unspoken words, the unauthentic patterns, yours and those of the people around you just blink like a red light.
It’s so uncomfortable sometimes, because when a person speaks, you know that they are not true, that they are lying, or have images, sounds, visions of what they are actually hiding behind those words, some kind of telepathic connection, communication, between beings.
In so many ways it can feel beautiful, for example when giving a session to a client, I will feel, and move the energy, feel the intensity of the pain, and also the passion, the pleasure, feel the emotions, where they lock in, where they are held.
Unfortunately, it’s very often more for others, and for self it happens differently, this is why, we are a tribe, and we can connect with others, to do the inner work, others being able to have the same connection, will read, open up, and guide us through the path of clearing what we are holding back.
i’m sharing this after having spent 1 hour listening to music, and emotions have been flowing, i’ve been shaking, laughing, crying, feeling, having visions of people in my life, and so much depth, people resonating with life, with death, with cancer, with a whole life path on my way as much as i’m guiding people along the path of their own awakening.
So don’t judge too soon, the feelings of others, or your feelings, emotions, what’s going on inside you, and don’t consider yourself better, you’re not, i’m not, we just are, and in this path, we are waking up, to ourselves, to the depths of what we can feel, sense, and move within us at the deepest level.
It might take time, for some it takes some exploration, for others some aspects come faster, and others come slower, and it’s not a race, it’s not a competition, nor a comparison, as some aspects are so deep, have so much to show us, in terms of darkness, shadows, emotions such as joy, shame, guilt, control, resentment, pleasure, orgasms, fear, anger, and all the scale of emotions.
So my take on the intensity is that it’s a beautiful path, and beautiful doesn’t mean always comfortable, doesn’t mean light or easy, because to own our aspects of light with humility, we are asked to explore the depth of our pain, our shadows, and through balancing both, can we
